As part of the overall range of supports to people experiencing unemployment, Avondhu Blackwater Partnership is also providing a one to one Career Coaching service. Individuals who are experiencing unemployment, under-employment, job insecurity or redundancy, may apply. Career Coaching will suit those who need help and support with the challenges and concerns experienced when seeking or changing employment. The focus of the Career Coach will be to offer sustained support for individuals who may need a few sessions to devise their progression path. In general sessions vary from one to four meetings per person depending on need

Career Coaching can help you clarify what you want to do, re-direct you to new areas of work, transfer your skills to new settings and develop a personal plan of action to support you in achieving your goals.
