Boat Trip on the River Blackwater
Participants from Glenville on a recent Blackwater Valley Heritage Tour organised by Avondhu Blackwater Partnership, outside Bridgetown Priory, Castletownroche and on the boat trip from Fermoy to Castlehyde.
The group also visited Blackwater Castle in Castletownroche and enjoyed a historical tour of Ballyhooly and Glanworth with Christy Roche of Fermoy Field

Club. Other highlights were a visit to Labbacallee Megalithic Tomb and Fiona Turley’s Gallery Crafts in Kilworth.
