Blackwater Castle, Castletownroche
Over the month of August, Avondhu Blackwater Partnership will be offering two guided heritage tours.
The first – offered as part of National Heritage Week – will take place on Saturday, August 23. This takes in the Blackwater Valley from Mallow to Lismore. Commentary will be provided.
Also part of the National Heritage Week, the second tour will take place on Saturday, August 30. This will follow the Blackwater Valley from Mallow to Youghal. Commentary will also be provided on this tour.

Blackwater Valley from Mallow to Lismore. Saturday, August 23rd €12 / person which covers bus only.
Departing Mallow – Hibernian Hotel at 9.30 am, Castletownroche – Community Centre at 9.45 am,
Ballyhooly RC Church at 9.50 am and
Fermoy – Abbeyville House at 10.00 am.
Return arrival in Fermoy at 2.30 pm and Mallow at 3.00 pm.
Bookings by 1.00 pm on Friday, August 22nd.

One hour stop in Lismore before proceeding to Youghal.
