Investing in Our Rural Future Facilitating the Role of Volunteers – 18th October 2013, Portlaoise, Co Laois

Working with colleagues in the Department of the Environment and counterparts in Northern Ireland, this conference seeks to stimulate increased energy and enthusiasm for community led local development in advance of the new Rural Development Programme.

The conference keynote speaker is Pam Warhurst co-founder of Incredible Edibles and include workshops on Developing A Good Local Strategy and The Role of Volunteers in Actively Promoting LEADER.

This conference is open to board members from LEADER companies.
