Avondhu Blackwater Partnership will co-ordinate an exciting new round of training for businesses aimed at bringing the level of hospitality and customer service in the area to the highest standard.
The training will involve a half-day course option and a full day option for managers, supervisors and frontline staff.
The course will give participants a greater understanding of customer needs and expectations and the confidence to deal with any given situation in a professional and personal way. It will also give participant a practical knowledge of how to provide clear answers, turn a complaint into an opportunity, how to use professional telephone techniques, maintain a positive attitude and how to close every customer transaction.
The training will be of particular benefit to people in the retail and catering sector but may also be of interest to people in other sectors.
The training, which is funded by the Leader Programme, will be offered free of charge to participants. Several rounds of training will be co-ordinated by Avondhu Blackwater Partnership in Blarney, Mallow and Fermoy areas. The latter beginning on:
- Feb 14th, 2pm to 5pm (half day course) is for Supervisors / Managers and
- Feb 15th, 9am to 5pm (full day course) is for Frontline staff
