Avondhu Blackwater Partnerships’ New Start Jobs Clinic is commencing in the coming weeks. The initiative, which is designed to upskill those seeking employment, focuses on practical skills such as CV Preparation, Networking and Interview skills in order to give those seeking employment the best chance to find work.
The labour market is experiencing increased competitiveness in recent times and Avondhu Blackwater Partnership are responding to the complex needs of the Jobseeker by offering one to one support in terms of trying to secure full or part-time employment. There are also some excellent initiatives available in terms of up-skilling for the labour market through education and training opportunities.
While not having a database of jobs itself, the New Start Jobs Clinic will aim to offer support and advice in the best way to go about job seeking and the resources a jobseeker would need.
The New Start Jobs Clinic will be held at the Le Cheile Family Resource Centre, on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9.30am until 5.30pm.
